Welcome to the Grizzly Den, Clover Garden School’s before and after school care program for students in kindergarten through fifth grade. Our goal is to provide students with a safe, welcoming, and supervised environment outside of regular school hours.
Hours of Operation
The Grizzly Den is open on regular school days during the following hours:
- Before school: 6:30–7:15 a.m.
- After school: 2:45–6:00 p.m.
Please note that Grizzly Den services are not available for middle or high school students.
Registration
All families planning to use the Grizzly Den must complete the online registration form. After submitting the form, you will receive an invoice for the $25 registration fee. Please allow up to 72 hours for the invoice to arrive.
Your child’s spot is not confirmed until the registration fee has been received.

Program Information and Payments
Please review the Grizzly Den Handbook for important information, including program policies and procedures, hours of operation, and the current fee schedule.
For your convenience, registration fees and all before and after school care payments are processed online.
Families are responsible for payment for all services selected during registration. If you need to withdraw your child from the program, written notice must be provided at least two weeks in advance. This notice allows us to maintain appropriate staffing and continue providing safe, dependable care for our students.
