What is Read to Achieve?
Under North Carolina’s Read to Achieve law (G.S. §115C-83.10), every public school and charter school is required to publish annual reading proficiency data for Grade 3. The primary goal is to ensure that all students are reading at or above grade level by the end of third grade.
