Excellence in Education Awards Program

Clover Garden is committed to attracting and retaining the highest caliber faculty and staff possible! We hold our team members to a high standard much like we hold our students to. Their passion and dedication to student excellence shows!

In fact, several of our faculty and staff members have been recognized by the Excellence in Education Awards Program, sponsored by the Alamance Chamber. Mrs. Moore, Mr. Bostic and Mrs. Melton were honored over the past several years.

In 2016-2017 Mrs. Melton was recognized as a Teacher of the Year. Her energy and love in the classroom is infectious! Below is an interview with Mrs. Melton and footage of what first grade looks like in her classroom. Way to go Mrs. Melton!

In 2017-2018 Mr. Bostic was recognized as a Teacher of the Year. His leadership and commitment to his students helps him shine as a teacher. While Mr. Bostic is no longer a teacher here at CGS he is still an integral part of our CGS family. Congratulations Mr. Bostic!

Clover Garden Teacher and Staff of the Year Recognition

Once a year Clover Garden recognizes two of their own. Faculty and staff are asked to consider who among their peers exemplifies excellence in and out of the classroom. Before voting is held we reflect on what being a Grizzly team member means. Who is working hard to go the extra mile for our kids, who can you count on for help, who is offering our students every educational opportunity available.
