Please see the information attached and listed below for picture day taking place tomorrow, 2/5/21.

Reminders:

  • Make sure your student arrives on time for their designated picture time. Students will be screened prior to entering the building.
  • Dress Code APPLIES. Please “dress to impress” as this picture will be in our yearbook.
  • Parents, please allow for “wait time” as we have a lot of students entering and exiting the building throughout the day. Please park in our back parking lot or in our overflow parking lot. Visitors will not be allowed in the building. Students will enter through the gym entrance sidewalk (see diagram) and exit out another gym door and be led back to the gym sidewalk entrance.
  • Be sure to review the attached schedule in regards to your student’s assigned time.

Yearbook Pictures:

  • K-11th Grade Pictures will be taking place on campus this week on Friday, 2/5. Please see the attached schedule for when your student will be needed on campus for their pictures. (K-2 on campus students will be taking their photos first thing in the morning, your child’s teacher has their schedule) 
  • ALL of our REMOTE students in K-2 are scheduled to come in on Feb. 10th from 1 – 4pm for yearbook photos. We are working on sign ups/scheduling options and your child’s teacher will share this information with you when made available.
  • February 10, 2021 8-12pm: Seniors will take their tux and drape photos. Be on the lookout for an email from your senior advisors or Ms. Peel for your scheduled time to be on campus for your photos.
  • Yearbooks are now available for order.  Please visit Strawbrdge to place your order.

Progress Reports for Quarter 3 will be distributed while students are on campus for picture day. Please ask your student for their progress report as they should receive it when they exit the gym. Thank you!
