Kaitlyn York

This year we have many seniors that started at Clover Garden as kindergarteners and are completing their high school experience with us. Our next student in the Senior Spotlight is one of those students, Miss Kaitlyn York. During her high school years, Kaitlyn participated in several activities on campus. She was a member of the Spanish Club, FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes), BETA, Yearbook, and PALs. Kaitlyn also participated in the Teacher Cadet program this year.

After graduating Kaitlyn plans to continue her education at Queens University of Charlotte where she will pursue a degree in Psychology and Business Administration.

Kaitlyn stated that one of her favorite memories made while at Clover Garden was, “the Outer Banks field trip with Mr. Kistler in 8th grade.”

When asked what she felt the Class of 2020 would be known for she stated that she believed, “We will always expect the unexpected.” With all the unexpected twists and turns to your senior year, we can agree!

As Kaitlyn thought back over her experience at Clover Garden, she wanted to thank two individuals that really made a mark on her. She stated, “I would thank Mr. Kistler for his unconditional support, advice, and successfully teaching me how to run the copier in building 2. I would also like to thank Mrs. Nina for her room always being my safe place and all the guidance she has given me through the years.”

Congratulations Kaitlyn your Clover Garden family is very proud of your accomplishments and cannot wait to see you do great things in the future!
