Josue Castaneda (JC) is getting ready for his next chapter after graduation with plans to major in Environmental Engineering. He is considering UNC Charlotte or NC State University as he continues the college application process and looks ahead to what’s next.
During his time at Clover Garden School, Josue stayed actively involved in school life. He participated in Elon Academy, Burlington Student Council, Mentorship Club, Envirothon, and Varsity Soccer, gaining valuable leadership experience and building strong connections with his peers.
One of Josue’s favorite memories at CGS is growing up alongside his classmates and sharing experiences that shaped who he is today.
Josue’s advice to younger students:
“Seek personal peace, not social validation.”
