Chloe Welch is getting ready for her next chapter after graduation as she continues her education in the healthcare field. Chloe is graduating in May with her Associate of Arts degree and plans to enter nursing school in the fall to earn her Associate Degree in Nursing. After becoming a nurse, she hopes to begin working in the field while continuing her education to earn her bachelor’s degree in nursing, with a long-term goal of working as a cardiac or intensive care unit (ICU) nurse.

During her time at Clover Garden School, Chloe stayed highly involved in both academics and extracurricular activities. She played varsity volleyball and varsity softball all four years of high school and was an active member of the DREAM Team, Student Council, Junior Civitan, and Beta Club. Chloe also served as Senior Class President and worked in the after-school program at the K–8 campus.

One of Chloe’s favorite memories at CGS is growing up on the K–8 campus with her best friends and then transitioning together to the high school campus, a reminder of the close-knit, family atmosphere that makes Clover Garden so special.

Chloe’s advice to younger students:

“Hard work matters more than talent. You don’t have to be the smartest person in the room to be successful. Showing up, putting in effort, and staying dedicated says more about who you are than anything else.”

We’re so proud of you, Chloe, and can’t wait to see all you accomplish as you pursue your passion for nursing!
