Kayla Stovall, High School, Teacher

Hi there! My name is Kayla M. Stovall! I graduated from Western Carolina University in 2025 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. Although I have not been teaching long, I have fallen in love with teaching and helping students discover the world of science! In my classroom, students learn by exploring hands-on activities and labs, asking questions, and most importantly, collaborating like scientists! I am super big on families being involved in their child’s education, so I always keep an open line of communication! Outside of the classroom, I love spending time with my family and friends, hiking, and going to concerts. I’m also a cat mom to two furbabies, Sage and Bugs. I look forward to an amazing semester!
