Ms. Niemczura will graduate from Gardner-Webb University this December with a degree in Elementary Education, a concentration in Literacy, and a minor in Psychology.
She brings experience as a fifth grade teacher, STEM teacher, and EC inclusion teacher. She has also spent years working in elementary classrooms, leading small groups, and tutoring students.
Ms. Niemczura believes children learn best when they know their teacher believes in them and cares about them. Her goal is to meet students where they are, help them grow, and encourage them to become confident, independent learners.
She wants her classroom to be a welcoming place where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and trying again—and where their progress is celebrated along the way!
