Brooklyn Mann is preparing for an exciting next chapter after graduation as she plans to attend Appalachian State University to study psychology, with minors in business marketing and professional sales, and long-term plans to earn her master’s degree. While in college, Brooklyn plans to work at a small business in Boone or Blowing Rock, gaining hands-on experience alongside her studies.
Brooklyn plans to pursue a career as a mental health therapist while also obtaining her real estate license, combining her passion for helping others with strong business skills.
During her time at Clover Garden School, Brooklyn was highly involved in school life. She participated in Youth Group, Varsity Soccer, Varsity Volleyball, Teaching FCA, DREAM Team, Student Council (President), Junior Civitan (President), Mentorship Club, Beta Club, National Honor Society, and History Club.
One of Brooklyn’s favorite memories at CGS is attending FCA on Friday mornings and learning about the Lord alongside her classmates and teachers.
Brooklyn’s advice to younger students:
“Take the time to understand yourself and how you operate. By doing so, you can become the best version of yourself and keep growing and learning every day. Life is so much bigger than any one of us, and it’s important to go out and be a light in the world.”
We’re so proud of you, Brooklyn, and can’t wait to see all you accomplish!
