Mrs. Nall’s AP Environmental Science class is taking a hands-on approach to learning about ecosystems by adding detritivores to their eco-columns. This practical experience will not only deepen students’ understanding of the vital role these organisms play in nutrient cycling and soil health, but it will also engage them in observing how ecosystems function in a tangible way.
