Schools qualify for Title I funds based on economic need.  Title I offers a variety of services for participating schools which may include:  additional teachers and support staff, extra time for instruction, a variety off teaching methods and materials, smaller classes, and additional training for staff.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Title I, Part A (Title I) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), as amended by the ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act), provides financial assistance to Clover Garden and schools with high percentages of children from low-income families.
