How many years have you been a student at CGS?

14 years, I’ve been at Clover Garden since Pre-K.

What clubs, organizations, teams, etc have you been involved with during your high school career?

Varsity Volleyball, Varsity Basketball, Varsity Soccer, Beta Club, Spanish Club, National Spanish Honors Society, Junior Civitan, Mentorship Program, History Club, Dream Team

What is your favorite Clover Garden memory?

Knocking Chatham Charter out of the second round of the state play-offs, painting Coach Keith Roberts bald head, and every day in Ms.Quimby’s office.

If you had to choose one person from CGS that has really made a difference in your life who would that be?

If I had to choose one person from CGS who made a difference in my life it would be Mrs. Browne. She started out as just our Varsity Basketball Coach, my freshman year. It only took a few short months for her to become much more than that to me. She has always been there to listen and give advice about anything going on in my life. As a person, she is super sweet, patient, always understanding, and stunning. We can always joke with her about anything as her laugh is very contagious. I hope she realizes the impact she has made on my life and how much I love her.

If you had to choose two people from outside CGS that have made a difference in your life who would they be?

The two people I would choose are my parents, although that seems basic to say, it’s the best answer. They’ve both been by my side since i’ve been born, through every failure and every achievement. They’ve never stopped supporting me and being my #1 fans in everything I do. I’m sure it wasn’t easy raising someone as stubborn as me but somehow they did it. I can’t thank either of them enough for everything they’ve done for me. The amount of patience they’ve shown towards me is unimaginable and sometimes I take it for granted. I would have never achieved anything in my life without them always pushing me to be the best. I am so appreciative and grateful to have parents like them and I love them both very much.

What is your plan for after graduation?

I have been accepted to UNC Wilmington to major in Nursing.
