We hope that everyone had a great Academic Break last week and enjoyed time with family and friends. Hopefully, you got to relax some and are ready to knock out the next 3 short months of this school year! We only have 1 break left and that’s our Spring Break which takes place in April. Keep working hard. After April, we will be prepping for the end-of-grade/course exams and THEN it’s summer time! We’ve got a lot of work to do over the next 3 months so make sure you’re buckling down and getting to work!

This is the LAST week of our 2022-2023 Lottery!! Don’t forget to share with family and friends that our lottery for next school year CLOSES on March 5th! The lottery will take place electronically at 2:00 P.M. on March 7th.

Shout out to our Athletics program and to our Varsity Girls’ Basketball Team. Our amazing girls made it to the 3rd round of the playoffs and suffered a tough loss this past Saturday. We are VERY proud of them and of our Coaches. Great job girls! You all are winners in our eyes! #GrizzlyAthletics

Please make sure that you review the information sent out last Sunday in regards to some updates from our Board of Directors’ meeting on 2/15/22. Reminder that effective tomorrow, Monday, February 28th, face masks will be OPTIONAL at CGS.

**Masks are still REQUIRED while traveling on SCHOOL BUSES per a federal mandate. (There were some changes made to this on Friday, 2/25/22 per the CDC. We are getting confirmation on whether or not this requirement will still be in effect for CGS. We will let you know if/when this changes ASAP! Please plan to wear a face mask if traveling on our school buses until we get clarity)

Please remind your student that bullying WILL NOT be tolerated and that wearing face masks is a personal choice and everyone’s choices will be respected at CGS.
