Last night, our CGS Board of Directors approved for an amended academic calendar change that will impact our current school year. This decision was made to encourage and improve Mental Health and Wellness for all of our students, faculty, and staff at Clover Garden School. These four designated Mental Health and Wellness days will hopefully provide you and your family with the opportunity to “detach” from Clover Garden School and spend time doing things that will bring you a sense of peace and calm. At Clover Garden School, we have a family-centered atmosphere that sits at the core of what we do each and every day. Please utilize these designated days to spend time with your loved ones. If there is one thing that Covid-19 has shown us over the past two years is how valuable spending time with our families really is. Please use this opportunity to your advantage. These hours/days are already built into our calendar so it will not alter our end of school date. We will also continue to have designated hours/days available for inclement weather if we should need them in the future.

The attached calendar will show you the updated Mental Health and Wellness days in which Clover Garden School will be CLOSED. A brief summary is also found below. The new “non-student” days are highlighted in yellow with a red border. Please discard your old academic calendar for the 21-22 school year and replace with this one.

  • November 22nd– CLOSED
  • November 23rd– CLOSED
  • February 4th– CLOSED
  • (March 18th-THIS IS NOW a ½ Day with dismissal at noon)
