Chemistry students at Clover Garden School are ready for the lab!  Today, in-person students began honing their lab skills as they prepare for more advanced lab experiments later in the semester. Being able to participate in the lab environment allows our students to take theoretical learning and apply it in the real-life environment of the lab!

In the pictures shown above, Chemistry students are practicing using pipette and droppers in preparation for an acid and base experiment they will conduct next week. Students drew pictures on paper towels and tried to follow the images in order to keep the water on the image.  Students also practiced controlling quantities expelled from tools, techniques used when following lines, and taking measurements with different tools.

There is no doubt that this lesson was engaging, educational, and fun for our Grizzly Chemists!
