Middle School Baseball is sponsoring an awesome new fundraiser! You can purchase personalized TeamSliderz with our new Grizzly mascot! All proceeds will go towards uniforms, equipment, and more.

Attached is an order form giving all sizing and pricing details. When filling out the order form make sure that you include your name on the Player Name line so your Slidez can be personalized. You do not have to include a Player #. (All CGS athletes placing an order can include name and uniform number). This fundraiser is open to all students whether you are a CGS athlete or a Grizzly fan!

Place your order soon as the deadline for this fundraiser is February 26th. Drop all completed order forms by the CGS front office Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. All checks should be made payable to CGS Athletics.
