Michael Wirbelauer

Michael is another 2020 graduate that began his education at Clover Garden. During his high school years, he was a multi-sport athlete participating in several sports including cross country, soccer, and baseball. Michael also partipated in Band, Jazz Band, Spanish Club, FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes), and was nominated as a Homecoming representative during his sophomore and junior years.

After graduation Michael plans to attend, “ACC, where I will go through their EMT course and soon after go through their fire academy. Once I am finished with the academy, I plan on finishing my associates degree in fire science and pursuing a career in firefighting.” Great plan Michael, it sounds like you know where you are headed and how to get there.

When asked what he felt the legacy of the Class of 2020 will be he replied, “Hopefully a good one. haha. But I hope that what I’ve done at school and how I’ve acted has had an impact on the younger kids moving up to try to be the best that they can be.” Michael, we are sure your example has left a positive mark!

As Michael thought back over his experiences at Clover Garden his favorite memories were, “All of the bus rides back and forth to and from ball games and all the times I spent with friends making memories.”

With his senior year almost completely behind him Michael took a moment to reflect on those individuals that have helped him get to this graduation. He stated, “I really want to just thank all of the teachers and friends I’ve had over the years as a whole for pushing me to do the best I could and helping me become the person I am today.”

Michael, as you step out on your journey to becoming a fireman we applaud your commitment to our community and public service! Your Clover Garden family is very proud of you!
