Recently Mrs. Graves’s sixth-grade science classes learned about the layers of the earth. To help make this lesson more interactive students were required to build a model showcasing their knowledge.

Some students decided to use styrofoam and paint while others used Play-Doh or poster board. Regardless of the materials used each student demonstrated a clear understanding of the topic and the end results are awesome!

These awesome colorful projects are displayed in the Commons where other grade levels and classes can see them. Students of all ages have been seen reading, learning and admiring the sixth grader’s work.

Great job Sixth Grade!
